How do I invite new users to Briefcase?

If you have an Admin or User role within Briefcase, you can invite people to join your organisation's account. There are two types of invitees: team members (Admin or User roles) and clients (Client role).
Getting to Organisation Settings
Click the cog icon in the top-right corner next to your practice name to go to Settings.
Select the Organization tab. You'll see the Team section with a list of all connected users, their roles, permissions, and access levels.
Use the Your Team and Your Clients sub-tabs to switch between viewing team members and clients.
Inviting Team Members
Click the Invite team member button.
Choose the role for the invitee: Admin or User.
Select the specific client accounts the new team member should have access to. Admins automatically get access to all accounts.
Select the permissions you want to grant. Permissions control what the user can do across resources like transactions, expense claims, documents, and more.
Choose how to send the invite:
Invite Link — Click Generate invite link to create a unique link. Copy and share it with your colleague via email or your preferred communication method.
Email Invite — Enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas or semicolons) and click Send invite email. Briefcase will send a welcome email with the invite link included.
Inviting Clients
Switch to the Your Clients sub-tab and click the Invite client button.
Select which client accounts the client should have access to.
Select the permissions you want to grant.
Choose how to send the invite using either the Invite Link or Email Invite method described above.
Managing Pending Invites
Pending invites appear in the team list above active users. From here, Admins can:
Manage Permissions — Update what the invitee will be able to do once they accept.
Manage Access — Change which client accounts the invitee will have access to.
Invite links are valid for 2 weeks. After that, you'll need to generate a new invite. Expired invites are shown with an "Expired" badge.
Only Admins can invite other Admins.
