How does Briefcase populate the due date?

Briefcase scans every document for an explicit mention of an invoice due date. Our AI is trained to interpret payment terms like "Paid", "Due 30", "Due in 14 days" etc.

For receipts, as the document type is always assumed to be paid, we set the due date to be the invoice date.

For invoices, we either populate the extracted due date or default to +30 days if no explicit mention is found.
